Read the following sections to find out more about how we exchange products, whether we provide shipping services, or about how we secure your personal data. RETURNS
Shoes that are clean and in the original box can be returned or exchanged.

If an exchange is not possible due to sold out stock, then store credit will be given in lieu of purchase- strictly no cash refunds.
Sale stock cannot be returned or exchanged nor can socks, pantyhose and knee highs due to hygienic reasons.

DISCLAIMER
Warranty:
Any faulty shoes, strictly not wear-and-tear, may be brought into the shop within six months with your receipt. Shu In will send them back to the factory where they will be evaluated and either returned if it's not a factory fault or replaced if it is indeed one (takes 6-8 weeks).
Care Instructions:
Don't wear the same pair of shoes daily- alternate days and allow your shoes to air. Leather is a natural product from animal hides and therefore differs from hide to hide. Variations in the texture of the leather should not be considered a fault but inherent of the natural beauty and uniqueness of the leather. As every piece of leather is different and may accept colour dyes a little differently during the tanning process, this may cause irregularities in the consistency and depth of the colour.
Leather will always have natural marking such as dents, scars, scratches, wrinkles or blemishes. These natural markings or irregularities should not be considered as a defect but rather indications of genuine leather.
It is the policy of Shu In not to  accept returns on product for any reason where the cause is due to the nature of leather products.
For long lasting use, protect your shoes from getting wet and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and heat. Leather footwear generally takes about 1-2 weeks of wear before softening. For optimal comfort we recommend wearing your shoes for 1-2 hours a day to start and then incrementing the duration over the next 2 weeks. As a natural product it is subject to wear and tear over time.

Deposit is 25% of selling price

Sale Item:
Deposit is 50% of selling price

Lay-bye must be redeemed within its specified period or full deposit will be lost
Deposit is non-refundable
Item chosen for lay-bye is non-exchangeable
